Fulfillment Policy for DKMD Consulting

Welcome to DKMD Consulting! We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional medical writing and consulting services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage and process our services upon order acceptance.
Order Process
1. Consultation & Proposal: Each project begins with a discovery call to understand your specific needs and goals. Following this call, we will provide you with a customized package and proposal based on your project's requirements and budget.
2. Contract: Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will execute a contract which outlines the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and other mutual agreements related to the project.
3. Payment: All payments are processed securely and accepted in USD (United States Dollar) currency only. Other forms of international currency cannot be accepted. All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH transfers are accepted. When processing credit card payments, we are PCI compliant. Payment details and timelines will be specified in the contract. DKMD Consulting starts working on the project upon receipt of the initial payment as specified in the contract.
Service Fulfillment
1. Project Execution: After the contract is signed and initial payment is processed, our team commences work on your project. The timeline for completion varies depending on the complexity and volume of work. Generally, we request a minimum of 2 weeks for projects, depending on the size and research required.
2. Review and Revisions: Upon completion of the first draft, the document is shared with you for review. Our pricing includes an unlimited number of revisions (typically we only require 2), to ensure the final output meets your satisfaction. Each revision process is clearly outlined in our contract, including the expected turnaround times for changes. This can range from 24-48 hours, to several weeks depending on the complexity of the project (i.e. respectively, a blog post vs a 20 page white paper).
Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for a typical writing project is specified in our contract, based on the project specifics. While we aim for efficiency, quality remains our priority. Depending on the complexity of the project, we deliver writing projects within a few days to several weeks. Due dates are agreed upon during the discovery call, and are flexible within reason.

● We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure confidentiality and privacy of your data. Secure platforms are used for data exchange, and confidentiality is never compromised.

● Our medical writers are knowledgeable in ethical guidelines and legal requirements in medical writing, ensuring compliance and accuracy in every piece of content we generate. Service Fulfillment
(a) As consideration for the Services, Client shall pay DKMD fees as more particularly described in the contract, plus an onboarding fee in the amount of Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($500.00) on the Effective Date. Client shall not, and acknowledges that it will have no right, under this Agreement, any purchase order, any other agreement, document or law to, withhold, offset, recoup or debit any amounts owed (or to become due and owing) to DKMD, whether under this Agreement or otherwise, against any other amount owed (or to become due and owing) to it by DKMD or its affiliates, whether relating to DKMD’s or its affiliates’ breach or non-performance of this Agreement, any purchase order, any other agreement between (i) Client or any of its affiliates and (ii) DKMD or any of its affiliates, or otherwise.
(b) Client shall reimburse DKMD for any reasonable travel or other expense incurred as a result of the Services provided by DKMD under this Agreement approved in advance by Client, upon submittal of appropriate receipts evidencing such expenses.
(c) Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon such termination for convenience, DKMD shall continue to provide Services through the remainder of the month in which written notice is given, and this Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect at the end of such month; provided, however, Client shall be responsible for paying any earned but unpaid compensation and other expenses due to DKMD through the date of termination.
